LAZY WEEKEND

"Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful."~ Norman Vincent Peale
We survived the blizzard and I'm sure the kids will be back to school on Monday. We enjoyed being held up inside all cozy and warm! Lots of hot chocolate and cookies were had by all! The kids were even able to enjoy some sledding once the winds died down.

Oh Jen, Sounds like a wonderful time, spent inside with family! It is good to have those kinds of times to remind us of the simpler days. No hustle bustle, just peaceful home living. A good warm fire, some soup and board games. Ahhhh, perhaps it will snow in Georgia:)

A magical weekend !
I've worked all day today, and now it's raining, I'm getting a little time to work on the Christamas cards too.
What a lovely tree, and your table is just gorgeous.

Sounds like they enjoyed their time off school! Oh, how I wish we had a fireplace this time of year- everytime I hear about someone enjoying hot drinks and snuggle time in front of a fire, it makes me think- "IN my next house!!!" ;) Of course THAT list is a long one already!

I love your new December banner picture! Oh, and my kids would be SO jealous of your snow! They have been praying and praying! (Although my "please not before their Christmas break starts" prayers MAY be canceling out THEIR prayers...) I hope you all were able to enjoy the snow and that the kids had fun sledding! :)

Also, I have been meaning to ask you~ do you still make the reusable "lunch bags/totes", I think you made them out of fabric? If so, I wondered if you would be interested in making a couple? I would like to buy them for our girls so we don't keep throwing away bags every day...just let me know! :) They don't need to be for Christmas, so if you are really busy now, later is just fine! I hope you are having a good week!
