BEAUTIFUL BEDROOMS

It's a cold and rainy day here today. Makes me want to slip into my jammies and crawl into bed. Instead, I have been sifting through my inspiration file, sorting through some of my favorite bedroom photos . I don't know about you, but my bedroom is always the last room in the house to get any decorating attention. It usually gets the hand me down nick knacks and thing-a-ma-bobs from every other room in the house. It just never really feels cozy to me. So, I have decided to focus some attention on it as soon as the kids are back in school. Thought I'd share a few photos of my faves. Enjoy..... Love Love Love this blue room!!

Adore this room!! Love the rug!!

Hope you all are having a great weekend! Our Kids are at Grannies overnight, so Hubby and I took a drive out to Amish country today. We still dream of having an old farmhouse and back forty with lots of farm animals!! So, we love to cruise around looking for our dream spot. We stopped and got some coffee and snacks and called it a date!! lol
Have a good night.

So many ideas to choose from! They are all beautiful and peaceful.

Let's see, no kids, a drive in the country, food and drink. Yep! That definately qualifies as a date. I called a single friend just to make sure. It's been so long since me and hubby have had one, I couldn't quite remember.

Hi, Jen! I tried to pick a favortie but I cant! So many great ideas, though!

What's funny is that I dreamed about bedrooms last night! I dreamed that I found my girl hood bedroom furniture (that I wish I still had!) I was so excited but I had to figure out a way to get it away from the boy who now owned it! I was kind of sad when I woke up and realized it wasn't real. :(

I recognize some of these - so pretty. I am like you - our bedroom is a hodgepodge of things that really have no connection. It is on my to do list - but I fear I won't get to it for a while.

Oh my goodness...those bedrooms are luscious and yummy looking. The colors are so soft and sweet. I sure could crawl in bed in any of them on any night. I think you have a good collection of picture ideas. Go for it. I hope you get you dream house and back forty some day soon. Have a nice evening.

Sounds like you had a great weekend Jen.

Those bedrooms are dreamy. I look at mine and think how I would love to fix it up, but unfortunately it I don't seem to find the time to do it.

Some of those rooms are right out of my own dreams...sigh*
How great that you and hubby had some time alone to just "be" and enjoy each other's company. I also dream of a farm with animals...another sigh*
Jen! Wanted to see if you could make a tassle for me. Maybe two? I just changed out the shades in my livingroom and I love how tassles look hanging from lamps. Let me know if you do "requests". And then I'll send you a pic of my livingroom and you can decide what would look best. I trust you :0).
Enjoy your day!
